What You’ll Do
As part of our Nursing and MA Team, you’ll play a central role in the patient experience and clinical operations. You’ll:
- Educate and support patients through treatment plans, medications, and care coordination
- Manage patient communication, scheduling, triage, and inquiries across all channels
- Assist clinicians and lab teams with procedures and recovery while ensuring high-quality patient care
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all clinical standards, policies, and regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of experience in a medical office or patient care role (medical assisting, nursing, reception, or coordination)
- For MA: Certified Medical Assistant preferred, CNA and other backgrounds accepted
- For Nursing: Licensed Vocational or Practical Nurses, not currently seeking RN candidates
- Full fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, including familiarity with medical terms, fluency in Cantonese or Vietnamese is a plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and EMR/scheduling systems
- Local to Arcadia, CA in the San Gabriel Valley area for in-person interviews and training
