What You’ll Do
As part of our Nursing Team, you’ll play a central role in the patient experience and clinical operations. You’ll:
- Educate patients on treatment plans and medication use
- Assist clinicians and laboratory staff in fertility and women's health procedures
- Support consultations, testing, and treatment coordination
- Communicate with patients by phone, email, and in person
- Help with scheduling, triage, and general inquiries
- Deliver compassionate, professional service to every patient
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve care
- Uphold clinical standards and compliance with all policies and regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of experience in a medical office or patient care role (nursing, medical assisting, reception, or coordination)
- LVN/LPN preferred, Certified Medical Assistants accepted
- Not currently interested in RNs
- Full fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, including familiarity with medical terms
- Professional fluency in Cantonese, Chinese dialects like Shanghainese, Vietnamese, and basic Spanish are also a plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and EMR/scheduling systems
- Familiar with medical terminology; ICD-10 knowledge a plus
- Local to Arcadia, CA for in-person interviews and training
