Life in Harmony Music Therapy, LLC, headquartered in West Salem, WI, is growingand were looking for passionateprofessionals to grow with us.
We proudly serve the Driftless Region of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa with accessible, meaningful therapeutic services. Were seeking clinicians who want to make a real impact. We currently have two Music Therapist openings.
Compensation: Starting compensation for new graduates and early-career MT-BC clinicians is $25/hour ($52,000 annually full-time). Compensation for experienced clinicians is based on clinical expertise, advanced training, specialization, leadership responsibilities, and supervisory experience.
Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Work Environment: Services are primarily provided within Life in Harmony Music Therapy clinic facilities. Clinicians may also provide services in client homes, community settings, outreach locations, partner facilities, and through telehealth platforms as appropriate to client needs. Company equipment, clinical resources, and transportation support are provided to facilitate service delivery.
What Were Looking For
- MT-BC credential required (NMT preferred).
- Full sponsorship for Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT) certification is provided as part of our commitment to clinical excellence, professional growth, and a shared evidence-based approach to care.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Music Therapy required.
- Ability to deliver music therapy services aligned with AMTA standards and LIHMT values.
- Ability to manage clinical, travel, documentation, and team responsibilities within the workday.
- Create personalized treatment plans for clients of all ages and abilities.
- Utilize assessment tools to track outcomes and adjust care as needed.
- Lead individual and group sessions in collaboration with client care teams.
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass a DHS caregiver background check.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
