Our busy print shop is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Production Assistant to join our creative team! In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing/supporting the production of high-quality custom products. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced/high volume custom t-shirt production environment, where precision and teamwork drive success. Position Details

• Schedule: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm (possible 1 Saturday/month)
• Pay: $17–$18/hr (based on experience)
• Hours: 25–30 hrs/week
• Location: Schofield Barracks Shopping Complex

o Must be eligible for base access – Valid Driver’s license, current vehicle registration, safety check and insurance card. Access granted upon hiring.

What We’re Looking For

• MUST be 18
• MUST have valid driver’s license reliable car (base access required)
• Minimal Graphic experience is REQUIRED
• Familiar with design programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, Canva, etc.)
• Understand file types, color modules, vector vs raster
• Strong attention to detail & work ethic
• Able to multitask and perform effectively in a fast‑paced custom t-shirt shop
• Comfortable managing responsibilities and deadlines under pressure
• Maintains accuracy and focus during time‑sensitive or high‑volume workloads
• Strong communication skills & team-oriented mindset
• Positive, energetic, and reliable
• Friendly personality and a positive attitude
• Can work independently while communicating clearly with the team
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel etc)
• Able to lift 30lbs

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create labels & signage for store online
• Maintain & update customer & internal graphic catalogs
• Handle inventory: purchase orders, receiving, adjustments for defective items
• Build customer mockups for approval
• Prep layouts for RIP software
• Maintain transfer file system
• Vector, clean, and rework customer artwork
• Assist with production orders
• Help customers place orders and assist with product questions and design needs
• Take and process customer orders
• Stay on top of daily tasks and support production
• Work independently while communicating clearly with the team
