Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospice Registered Nurse at Life Hospice, located in Livingston, NJ. The Hospice Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patients' conditions, and updating medical records. The nurse will also offer palliative care and emotional support to patients and their families, both in hospice and home care settings.

Qualifications
  • Medicine and Palliative Care skills
  • Nursing skills
  • Experience in Home Care and Direct Patient Care
  • Compassionate and empathetic personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • State-registered nursing license
  • Prior experience in hospice or palliative care is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive and emotionally-challenging situations with professionalism
