What are the responsibilities and job description for the MVA- Insurance Claims Follow Up position at Life Force Management Inc.?
We are a medical billing company located in Ravenna, OH. At this time we are searching for an Insurance Claims Follow-Up Specialist for our Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Billing.
This person will be doing the following:
- Managing auto claims and MVA Billing
- Develop and implement improvements for the MVA Claims and Billing Process.
- Provide Customer Service Support
- Maintain understanding of insurance trends.
- Follow-up on claims status with insurance companies
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Must be highly organized
- Must be able to follow up on client requests as assigned via email and phone.
- Previous Claims Adjuster Experience is a Plus.
