Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, health-minded, and people-loving Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with patient care, administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming environment for our patients. Must be detail oriented, fast working, and very good with computers.
Responsibilities:
“Help our office see as many people as possible and account for them accurately!”
- Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival
- Handling incoming phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Direct flow of patients in office and over the counter transactions
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance verification
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of chiropractic practices is a plus, but training will be provided
