What You'll Do
- Educate customers on Life Extension’s science-backed vitamins, supplements, and wellness products
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their health goals and recommend personalized solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships
- Answer health, nutrition, and product-related questions in person and over the phone
- Maintain product availability through stocking, merchandising, shelf recovery, and visual presentation activities
- Perform inventory replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory control tasks to support operational accuracy
- Process customer transactions and returns accurately while delivering outstanding service
- Support store opening and closing procedures while assisting with overall store operations and annual inventory activities
What You Bring
- Knowledge of vitamins, dietary supplements, nutrition products, or the wellness industry
- At least one year of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- A passion for health and wellness with a genuine desire to help customers achieve their goals
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical retail tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
