Role Information

Location: Wesley Ridge | 2225 Taylor Park Dr, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068

Schedule: Part-Time | Every Other Weekend and every Thursday | 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Part - Time 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Part - Time 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

You, our Ideal Candidate

You are a dedicated and compassionate nurse who values teamwork and resident-centered care. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with team members in assisted living and memory care settings. Your professional demeanor and calm presence help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Supervise and support care staff and collaborate on resident care plans
• Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with the care team
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures
• Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Ohio LPN license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• A professional who understands how to approach others in a respectful manner and reacts well under pressure
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
