Schedule: Full-Time | Monday- Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm including every other weekend

You are a service-oriented and experienced dining professional with a passion for leading and mentoring others. You model exceptional service, have a strong understanding of dining operations, and bring enthusiasm to training and supporting team members while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a model Dining Server, from whom others can learn.
- Provided explanation and demonstrations of proper techniques used to complete Dining Server job duties.
- Share regular constructive feedback to allow newly hired Dining Servs to understand expectations of the LEC way to perform role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Prior experience as a Dining Server in a continuing care community or hospital preferred
- Posses a customer service background and orientation
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Serv Safe certification preferred
