Overall Description:
Plans, implements, directs, and monitors OMHC and programs for all ages. Manages daily administrative processes and operations. Provides support and administrative oversight to professional and paraprofessional staff in each of the organization’s locations.
General Responsibilities:
- Directs continuous learning (evidence-based and the latest innovation in Behavioral Health) for clinical staff.
- Assist the program in developing additional service lines that will enhance the financial foundation of the organization.
- Identifies capacities needed (skill set and competencies) to achieve programmatic and organizational goals.
- Increases the agency’s public profile by serving as a spokesperson and advocate, as well as a visible and influential leader in behavioral health,
- Utilizations review, chart audits, and clinical reviews based on regulatory standards.
- Weekly meetings
- Reviewing assessments and re-assessments
- Present weekly reports
This position is located in Maryland. You will need to be licensed as LPC, LCPC, or LCSW
