This is a high-impact opportunity for someone with drive, passion, and a competitive spirit who thrives in a fast-paced and technical environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across the healthcare, diagnostics, and life sciences sectors.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders (including IT, operations, and executive leadership).
- Manage the entire sales process: outreach, discovery, negotiations, closing, and handoff to implementation teams.
- Build account strategies that look 1–3 years ahead and deliver accurate forecasts 2–4 quarters out.
- Partner with technical experts in a team-selling approach to match client needs with the right solutions.
- Deliver professional product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to high-level audiences.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience selling software or service solutions in healthcare, life sciences, or pharma/biotech.
- Proven hunter mentality with a track record of consistent quota achievement in full-cycle sales.
- Strong business development skills and ability to grow relationships in laboratory/diagnostic markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred:
- Background in IT, chemistry, biology, or a related science discipline.
- Experience selling LIMS or similar operationally critical systems.
- Familiarity with lab equipment sales or transitions between vendors.
What We Offer
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Location: New York, NY preferred (up to 50% travel required).
- Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
- Opportunities for growth in a fast-scaling, innovative environment.
- Exposure to cutting-edge healthcare and life science technologies.
