What Success Looks Like
- Quick learning and adaptation to recruiting processes
- Consistent effort in sourcing and screening candidates
- Building initial pipelines for technical and cleared roles
- Responsive communication with hiring managers and candidates
- Following applicant tracking system (ATS) procedures and compliance standards
- Assist with qualifying job requisitions and clarifying requirements with hiring managers
- Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Learn and use job boards, referrals, and networking to find candidates
- Use JobDiva (ATS) to manage workflow and maintain compliance
- Meet performance expectations with guidance and support
- Deliver a professional candidate experience that reflects the company's values
- Participate in HR projects and team initiatives as needed
- Some prior recruiting experience and can include internships or related coursework
- Bachelor's degree
- Interest in technical skill sets (engineering, IT, technicians) and cleared recruiting
