Position Summary:

The position is based from our Charleston, SC office and is 100% remote but will require on-site presence as needed. You will also be welcome to use the corporate office space at your preference.
Your key function will be to provide general administrative support with a high focus on collaboration and a willingness to take pride and ownership in your contribution to the success of the IT team and the LCE business. Security Clearance Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance if required
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation to include asset inventories, software license records, vendor contracts, and procedural manuals
- Maintain vendor contacts, agreements, and renewal schedules
- Manage procurement of IT supplies and equipment; track orders, and maintain inventory records
- Support tracking of IT projects, deadlines, and deliverables ensuring documentation is accurate and to date
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees including coordinating equipment setup and retrieval
- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports related to IT services and equipment
- Greet and assist vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and organize documents efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Coordinate vendor services, repairs, and warranty claims
- Manage provisioning and inventory of company-issued mobile devices
- Support team members and leadership with administrative projects as assigned
- High school diploma
- 2-5 years of administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
