Position Details:

• Night Shift:  7:00 p.m. - 7 a.m.
• Schedule: Full time week nights and every other weekend
• Starting Pay: $37.25/hour (based on experience) 
• Weekend Differential: Additional $3.50/hour
• Retention Bonus:  $10,000

What You'll Need:

• Active RN license in the State of Alabama
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (geriatric experience preferred)

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide direct resident care
• Document care and communicate with families and physicians
• Support admissions, discharges, and emergency responses
• Uphold dignity, safety, and continuity of care
