The Position: Direct Care Professional
We are looking for individuals to build meaningful relationships with adults wanting to gain more independence within their homes and in the community. Direct Care Professionals support our individuals through the activities of daily life: home care, meal preparation, socialization in the community, and behavior management. Direct Care Professionals are more than caregivers, they are mentors and life coaches for a wonderful group of people!
· Extensive and continuous training on participant needs and goals
· Implement programs as described in Individual Support Plans (ISP)
· Work closely with program coordinator and care team
· Assist participants in problem solving and skill development
· Prompting and redirecting
· Accurate documentation
No experience is necessary. Whether you're in school, a recent college graduate, someone returning to the workforce, retired and wanting to work part time or just looking for a rewarding career change, we welcome all to apply. We offer thorough training and pay our staff on time.
FT and PT and On-Call positions are available. Day, Swing, and Graveyard shifts are also available.
Positions available in Nampa and caldwell area but we might have new participants coming soon from other areas such as Boise, meridian and kuna.
Minimum Qualifications:
· At least 18 years old
· High School Diploma/GED
· Driver’s License and Insurance
· Reliable Transportation
· Able to pass a background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week

- 8 hour shifts
- 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am
- Monday to Sunday but you’re required to work 40 hours per week to avoid burn out
