Hiring: Full & Part-time
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 PT / $15,000 FT
Retention Bonus: $2,500-$5,000 annually
Pay: $29.00-$38.50/hr (dependent upon experience & shift)

Qualifications
- Must hold a current Michigan RN license
- Not licensed? Apply for our Grad Nurse or Resident Care Associate position

About the Role
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a senior living environment
- Supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants
- Support a warm, hospitality-driven, resident-centered community
Key Responsibilities
- Resident ADL Support - Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
- Care Plan Management - Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
- Clinical Reporting - Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
- Nursing Care Delivery - Administer care per physician orders
- Interdisciplinary Coordination - Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services
Schedule Options
- 1st Shift: 6am-2pm
- 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm
