About the Role
The Painter is a vital member of our team, responsible for maintaining the esthetics of high traffic common areas through painting and wallcovering.
This role requires a skilled individual with three to five years of experience in painting/wallcovering in a residential setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the overall assigned painting/wallcovering to ensure a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environment
- Restoring painted areas in vacated units to like-new conditions
- Performing drywall repairs as needed
