What will you do?
- Lead the Human Resources department and operate as part of the company’s Leadership Team.
- Manage all aspects of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, engagement programs, performance culture, and workforce planning in partnership with executive leadership to create the exceptional employment experience.
- Design and deliver leadership development and training programs.
- Advise executive leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- BS/BA degree and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- SPHR certified in human resources
- 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Proven ability to build and scale HR functions in a growing company operating in a multi-state environment.
- Be both strategic and hands-on – comfortable designing scalable frameworks and staying close to operational details.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
- Have a can-do mindset
