Objective/Purpose
Provides support to the Limited Filer Team by generating pleadings, conducting QC and the
filing of bankruptcy-related Limited Filer pleadings. Assists Limited Filer team overall to ensure
timely deliverable of bankruptcy filings.

Key Responsibilities
- Review Bankruptcy Cases, Loan Documents and Data Files to generate bankruptcy pleadings accurately and thoroughly.
- Scrub referrals to ensure legal eligibility for filing.
- Perform a scrub of onboarding data for Bankruptcy pleadings to ensure completeness and accuracy against data and filings contained in AACER and supporting documentation provided by the client.
- Input multiple fields of data in firm system of record from other client and third-party sources, including Tempo and AACER.
- File bankruptcy-related documents including, but not limited to, Transfer of Claim, Notice of Payment Change, Post-Petition Fee Notice and Proof of Claim in PACER.
- Crosstrain and assist with other non-filing bankruptcy tasks within the Limited Filer Team as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
- Resolve client escalations and perform amendments or withdrawals as necessary.
- Assist with completion of tasks and upload documents in Client’s System of Record.
- Complete and close all worked tasks in Firm System of Record.
- Experience in the electronic filing of cases on the U. S. Federal Bankruptcy Courts Electronic Case Filing System.
- Ability to perform large volumes of work with minimal supervision and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally, and in writing.
- Must be able to sort, classify, and file case records quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask.
