Your Support System
You’ll report to the Front Desk Supervisor & Director of Rooms.
You’ll collaborate with the Front Desk, Guest Services, and other teams across Lied Lodge and Arbor Day Farm.

How We Work
Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska—Arbor Day Farm Campus
Schedule: This is a flexible position with hours based on guest transportation needs. Availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Eligible early-morning and late-night hours will receive a shift differential.
Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we’re going to do something—it’s worth doing well.
What You’ll Do

Create a positive beginning and end to each guest’s experience by providing transportation to and from the Lincoln and Omaha airports for individual guests and groups.

Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws, regulations, and organizational safety procedures.

Welcome guests, answer questions about the area, Arbor Day Farm, and the Arbor Day Foundation, and help them feel comfortable throughout their ride.

Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and provide additional support to passengers with disabilities, young children, or other special needs.

Help maintain company vehicles by keeping the vans clean, filling them with fuel, monitoring service lights, and occasionally taking them in for scheduled maintenance.

Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and represent Arbor Day Farm with warmth, responsibility, and care.

The ability to meet company insurance requirements, including being at least 25 years old.

The ability to safely assist guests with luggage and other belongings.
