1) Quantitative Junior Project Director
What We’re Looking For
- 0-1 year experience in market research
- BA/BS in related field (market research, psychology, sociology, economics, business, industrial psychology, etc.)
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SPSS.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with multiple research projects by supporting data collection, fieldwork coordination, and project logistics.
- Help review questionnaires, check survey programming, and validate data to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Support the preparation of tabulations, toplines, reports, and proposals by proofreading and organizing research findings.
Salary Range for Junior Project Director: $55-60k
2) Quantitative Project Director
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of market research experience
- BA/BS in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, sociology, economics, business)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, SPSS, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication skills
- *Experience in pharma, healthcare, or retail preferred*
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end research projects, including questionnaire design, fieldwork, data processing, and analysis.
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights and develop clear, visually compelling reports and presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality while mentoring and supporting Junior Project Directors.
Salary Range for Project Director: $55-60K
