Job Summary
We are not looking for an outside sales person. No outside sales and no travel are required. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies. We are a small company with 10 employees and about $5 million in annual sales. We can also offer equity\substantial bonuses if certain goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize our CRM tools to track sales performance and manage customer interactions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills in technical sales and customer service.

Skills

  • Proven experience in indoor sales. We do not have sales people outside the office.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to develop effective business development strategies that drive growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
