We are a small company with 10 employees and about $5 million in annual sales. We can also offer equity\substantial bonuses if certain goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Utilize our CRM tools to track sales performance and manage customer interactions.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills in technical sales and customer service.

- Proven experience in indoor sales. We do not have sales people outside the office.
