Essential Functions:
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Follow proper cash handling procedures
- Complete orders for beverages and supplies
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display
- Maintain a clean and neat work area
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- Wash bar glasses/dishes
- Checks ID for all guests and complies with state and federal laws
- Demonstrates effective sales techniques to upsell food and beverage products
- Responds to questions and special requests
- Provides information and directions
- Take guest orders; beverage orders, food orders
- Knowledge of food menu and beverage menu
- Collaborate with other team members including back of house to ensure guest satisfaction
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Hospitality or related industry experience
- Standing for 8-10 hour shifts
- Pulling, pushing, carrying boxes up to 25lbs
