What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Co-Teacher Galax/Hillsville position at Liddle Tykes Child Development Center, Liddle Adventures Learning Academy?
The Assistant Co-Teacher supports the teaching staff, provides classroom support for lead teacher as they guide the class through a lesson by preparing materials, interacting with students and supervising projects. We serve families with children from birth to 12 years of age.
Duties include preparing lesson plans, tutoring students one-on-one or in groups, taking attendance and monitoring student progress. Will assist with carrying out the childcare mission and values by providing high quality childcare services to children and parents that focus on the Centers core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, learning and caring.
Pay is based on experience and education.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
