Position Summary

We are seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Server / Event Team Members to support a variety of LMH-sponsored events, including corporate meetings, celebrations, community gatherings, and special functions. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service, maintaining a polished appearance, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Setup/Breakdown — Assist with preparing event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, décor, and service stations. Clean and reset event spaces and properly store equipment.
• Food & Beverage Service — Provide attentive, professional service to guests; serve drinks, deliver meals, pass hors d’oeuvres, monitor buffet stations, refill beverages, and maintain clean service areas.
• Guest Support — Greet attendees, answer questions, and ensure a positive guest experience throughout the event.
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with event leads, catering staff, and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Professional Appearance — Must maintain a clean, polished, and event-appropriate look; uniform or dress code adherence required.
• Customer Service Skills — Friendly, courteous, and comfortable interacting with diverse groups of guests.
• Reliability & Punctuality — Consistent attendance and on-time arrival are essential.
• Physical Stamina — Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25–40 lbs, and move efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience Preferred — Prior serving, catering, or event experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards.
  
  

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time, flexible scheduling based on event calendar
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
• Competitive hourly pay, with opportunities for additional event-based incentives
