Full Time Position – 40 hours a week
Location: Various stores
Pay: $15.45 – $16.39 per hr.
Schedule: Depends on the need of the store you are working in.
Availability: Must have open availability
A successful applicant will...
- Have ample experience in retail management
- Have working knowledge of retail settings and product display
- Have a passion for excellent customer service
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule
- Supervise and train employees with enthusiasm as well as understanding
- Lead and teach your team how to sort and price donations
- Ensure quality control standards
AVAILABILITY:
Work all shifts including Holidays, evenings and weekends.- Shifts vary based on the location you are training in.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel to other retail locations within Knox County as well as Utica if needed
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Learn to refill Propane tanks
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
