What are the responsibilities and job description for the PART TIME EDIBLE KITCHEN ASSISTANT position at Lick Lab Co?
We’re a growing edible production kitchen in North Berwick and we’re looking for part-time help as we expand.
We’re a newer company landing new contracts and scaling steadily. Because of that, hours will vary. Some weeks may offer 15–30 hours, other weeks may be lighter (0–10 hours). This is a great fit for someone who wants flexible work and is comfortable with occasional slower weeks as we continue building. Some weeks consist of no hours. project by project basis
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Basic kitchen experience preferred (restaurant, prep, baking, packaging, etc.)
- No cannabis experience required — we train everything
- Strong work ethic and common sense
- Consistency, reliability, and speed
- Comfortable working toward clear hourly production goals (ex: packaging targets)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Kitchen prep
- Measuring, mixing, depositing, packaging
- Cleaning and maintaining an organized workspace
- Working as a team to hit daily production goals
