Lead Grower – Full-Time Cannabis Cultivation (Maine)
We’re looking for a Lead Grower to take charge of our indoor cannabis cultivation facility and help us bring it to life. This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who truly knows the plant — and wants to help build something great alongside a passionate team.
Our facility features two 30-light flower rooms and one 18-light veg room, soon to be designed for a 3-room perpetual grow. You’ll be responsible for dialing it all in — from the environmental controls and feeding schedules to strain rotation and harvest timing — ensuring we’re producing top-quality flower on a consistent schedule.
We operate in the same building with our edibles production /manufacturing team, so collaboration, communication, and passion for the plant are key. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership of the grow, work side by side with the plants, and help us reach the next level together.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all stages of cultivation: propagation, veg, flower, harvest, and dry/cure.
- Maintain precise feeding, irrigation, lighting, and environmental schedules.
- Optimize yields and quality across multiple rooms in a perpetual rotation.
- Identify and resolve plant health issues proactively.
- Maintain compliance with Maine cultivation regulations and internal SOPs.
- Collaborate closely with the edibles/manufacturing team to align production goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on cannabis cultivation experience (commercial preferred).
- Strong understanding of environmental control, pest management, and nutrient programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple rooms and keep detailed records.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organized — capable of running a full grow independently.
- Must be 21 and able to pass a background check.
