What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assessment and Therapy position at Licensed Psychologist?
Looking for two licensed psychologists to work as 1099 contractors providing psychological/neuropsychological assessment and/or therapy services. Opportunities exist at both locations (South Park in Allegheny County in a brand new state of the art building that houses just our practice, McMurray in Washington County in an office building directly across from a police station). All populations served at these locations as we provide care across the lifespan. If you only want to work with a certain population (ie, children, adults, etc.), we can accommodate
We currently provide assessments for things like Autism, ADHD, differential psychiatric diagnoses, and neuropsychological assessment for cognitive impairment/memory issues. If you are proficient in these areas, or are open to training to become proficient, this is the job for you If you have a different testing niche and want to explore utilizing your talents, this also is the job for you As a testing practice, we strive to offer the community many resources and opportunities close to home
This practice utilizes both in person and teletherapy services to patients depending on patient needs. We will initiate and/or maintain credentialing for you at no cost as part of our commitment to you
The positions available offer a competitive split, and as an insurance-based practice we work tirelessly to maintain the highest possible reimbursement rates for our contracted clinicians which is reflected in an above average bottom line. The office handles all administrative tasks including scheduling new clients, intake paperwork, benefit checks, claims and billing.
