We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Office Manager to
oversee the day-to-day operations of our front office. This individual will serve as the first
point of contact for visitors, patients, employees, and business partners while ensuring the
office operates efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities :
Front Office & Reception
Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and guests.
Greet patients, employees, vendors, and business partners in a professional and
welcoming manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Office Operations
Open and close the office as needed.
Manage office supply inventory and place orders.
Coordinate facility maintenance requests and vendor communications.
Monitor office equipment and ensure operational readiness.
Employee Support
Assist the Human Resources team with employee onboarding and orientation.
Prepare onboarding materials and ensure new hires have the necessary resources.
Support administrative projects and company initiatives.
Customer Service & Conflict Resolution
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, patients, and visitors.
Professionally resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Administrative & Technology Support
Assist employees with basic technology-related issues, including printers, computers,
phones, and office equipment.
Coordinate with external IT support when necessary.
Perform general administrative duties including filing, scheduling, scanning, and
document preparation.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
Fluent in English and Russian (required).
Minimum of 2 years of office management, administrative, or receptionist experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional while resolving conflicts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office technology.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
