Daycare Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant / Childcare Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. You will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development while ensuring the well-being of each child in your care.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lessons and activities that align with early childhood education standards.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Monitor children's activities throught the day & report to parents using an app.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Provide caregiving support during meals, nap times, and play activities.
• Drive company car to pick up / drop off kids as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in daycare or preschool settings is preferred.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
• Skills in classroom management and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in babysitting or caregiving roles is an advantage.
• A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with toddler care practices and techniques.
