At Licencias OnLine, we are looking for a Vendor Business Manager to drive business growth across the territory
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and results-oriented professional responsible for identifying and leading the generation of new opportunities, strengthening the partner and vendor ecosystem, and maximizing revenue through active pipeline management.
This role will work closely with Product Managers and Technical Presales teams of the selected brands, in strong alignment with Territory Leaders, ensuring coordinated and scalable go-to-market execution.
Role Objective
Drive sustainable business growth through the generation, development, and closure of opportunities, leading market expansion strategies, channel development initiatives, and brand positioning within the territory.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and lead the generation of new business opportunities.
Build, manage, and accelerate pipeline in collaboration with the sales team.
Design and execute go-to-market strategies per brand or solution.
Detect ecosystem opportunities and propose actionable growth plans.
Support and drive strategic opportunities through to closure.
Vendor & Channel Management
Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships.
Act as the main liaison between the vendor and Licencias OnLine.
Align commercial priorities and growth plans with vendors.
Propose and execute joint demand generation and investment initiatives.
Manage profitability, pricing strategy, and business planning.
Performance & Reporting
Own forecast management and reporting processes.
Monitor KPIs and performance deviations, adjusting strategy as needed.
Report business results to Commercial Leadership.
Profile Requirements
Proven experience in business development within the technology industry.
Experience working with vendors and channel partners.
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
Solid experience managing pipeline and forecast processes.
Analytical profile with strong results orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power BI, Teams) and ability to leverage AI-powered productivity tools for data analysis, reporting, and business insights.
Fluent English required — candidate must be comfortable negotiating and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT wholesale distribution.
Commercial and/or technical knowledge of technology vendors.
Experience working with regional teams and multi-country operations.
