Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lice Technician to join our team and provide exceptional head lice removal services. In this role, you will deliver thorough and effective treatments, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for clients of all ages. Your expertise will help families regain confidence and peace of mind by eliminating lice and nits efficiently. Responsibilities
- Perform head lice inspections, identifying lice and nits accurately using specialized tools and techniques
- Conduct safe, effective lice removal treatments utilizing approved methods and products
- Educate clients on lice prevention, treatment procedures, and proper hair care practices
- Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area following strict sanitation protocols to ensure safety and hygiene
- Document treatment details meticulously in client records for ongoing follow-up and quality assurance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and providing reassurance throughout the process
- Promote additional services such as scalp care, skincare, or retail products that support overall hair health
Experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly and empathetically to clients of all ages. English required.
- Background in cosmetology or experience with hair care is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
