Job Summary: As a Pick/Pack Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment process. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders to ensure timely and correct delivery. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the physical capability to lift and move packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order sheets, scanners, or warehouse management systems.
- Pack orders securely, ensuring correct items, quantities, and packaging materials are used.
- Label and prepare shipments according to company and carrier requirements.
- Verify product quality and report any damaged or incorrect items to the supervisor.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by following warehouse procedures.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, etc.) safely.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer skills for order processing tasks.
