Job Description -
NO WEEKENDS
NO EVENINGS AND NO HOLIDAYS
PARTIME, M-F 11A-3P.
PICK UP CLIENT AT HOME IN ROSEMOUNT USING THE COMPANY VAN, DRIVE TO KOCH REFINERY IN ROSEMOUNT, HELP CLIENT DO HIS JOB OF STOCKING THE COOLERS IN THE CAFETERIA AND DRIVE CLIENT EITHER HOME IN ROSEMOUNT OR TO HIS DAY PROGRAM IN LAKEVILLE. BE ABLE TO DOCUMENT AFTER EVERY SHIFT.
- MUST HAVES:
BE ON-TIME EVERY SHIFT THAT START'S AT 615A
BE EXTREMELY RELIABLE
HAVE A VALID DL WITH A CLEAR DRIVING RECORD
ABLE TO PASS A DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES BACK GROUND CHECK
Qualifications: Seeking experienced, professional, reliable/on time, time management skills, organized and has great communication skills.
Education: Minimum High School diploma or its equivalent required.
Experience: Must have prior experience job coaching and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar conditions.
Other Requirements: Valid Driver's License with acceptable record required. Ability to achieve and maintain status of "may provide direct contact for this agency" upon completion of criminal background studies.
