We're looking for a talented Defense Attorney in Atlanta, GA with 2 years of direct experience to join their General Liability team.

Role Overview
- Can you manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial?
- Can you draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests?
- Can you take and defend depositions?
- Can you represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings?
Qualifications
- 2 years of civil litigation experience
- Premises liability, professional liability, employment, transportation experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
- Admitted to practice law in Georgia
