As a Maintenance Technician at LIBIERTY MILITARY HOUSING, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily residential community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments to ensure the quality and safety of our properties.
- Respond to emergency calls and perform necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent problems.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and ability to operate a company or personal vehicle or electrical cart.
- Ability to work on-call rotations, scheduled off-hours, and emergency overtime as required.
- Must be able to arrive at the property within 60 minutes for on-call service requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification or related experience preferred.
