Award-winning Libertyville Lincoln is hiring Sales Consultants for our new and pre-owned divisions. No automotive experience required — if you've built a track record in sales of any kind, whether wireless, insurance, luxury retail, or commission-based sales, we'll teach you the Lincoln business and put you in front of real traffic.

What you'll do:
- · Guide customers through the purchase of new Lincoln and pre-owned vehicles
- · Follow up on internet, phone, walk-in, and referral leads

- · Know the inventory — new and pre-owned — inside and out
- · Partner with sales managers to hit individual and team goals
What we're looking for:
- · A proven sales track record — any industry; automotive or luxury sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
- · Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- · Sharp communication and relentless follow-through
- · Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
