Your Role:
As our Office Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our office, ensuring seamless operations and supporting our ambitious team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Financial Management:
Handling payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable with precision and care.
- Human Resources:
Leading recruitment efforts, managing on-boarding process, and nurturing our company culture.
- Facility Oversight:
Keeping our office environment safe, well-maintained, and running efficiently.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
Managing calendars, organizing meetings, and coordinating office events and travel logistics.
- Vendor and IT Management:
Liaising with vendors for supplies and overseeing our office equipment and technology needs.
- Internal and External Communication:
Serving as a key communication hub within the office and with external partners, ensuring clarity and collaboration across the board. This may include assisting in maintaining company’s social media channels.
- Compliance:
Ensuring all office operations comply with legal and company policies.
Who You Are:
Experienced in office management, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sectors. A whiz with numbers, comfortable with payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping. A superb communicator, adept at both internal coordination and external relations. Organized and efficient, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Tech-savvy, familiar with office technologies and software. A proactive problem-solver, eager to improve processes and enhance workplace efficiency.
