What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality across Liberty's product portfolio
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Windows, web, and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using bug tracking tools (Jira) with clear reproduction steps, severity classification, and supporting evidence to ensure timely resolutions
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify test strategies, and analyze test results to provide feedback and suggest improvements
- Participate in requirements reviews to develop an understanding of upcoming features and identify testing implications early
- Assist with performance and load testing
- Develop and maintain regression test suites to prevent the recurrence of previously resolved defects
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years' experience in related industries such as pharmacy or software support; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or prior QA experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies, edge cases, or errors in software
- Critical problem-solving skills with the ability to think methodically and isolate root causes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Basic SQL skills for data validation and defect investigation, or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of software testing principles, bug tracking processes, and issue reporting preferred
- Familiarity with API testing concepts a plus
- Experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy software, or a regulated industry is valued but not required
- Software testing certification (such as ISTQB) a plus
