Role Description
This is a hands-on role for someone who communicates well, has sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills, and is willing to help wherever needed — including occasional warehouse support.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills
- Exceptional Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette
- Ability to stay organized, multitask effectively, and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in commonly used software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and use good judgement
Responsibilities include
-General administrative and office support
-Answering phones and emails
-Assisting with day-to-day operations
-Helping in the warehouse as needed
