Assisted/Independent Living Facility Manager

Liberty Village of Peoria is looking for a new Manager to manage our Assisted Living and Independent Living buildings.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Market the facility, fill vacancies and complete the admission process.

2. Oversee and approve the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and on-the-job training. Monitor the training period and discipline of all staff.

3. Control staffing budget by following approved positions and hours, oversee payroll and approve/disapprove employee dates and overtime.

4. Responsible for ensuring that residents are receiving the proper level of service and any additional services, i.e. Basic, Advanced, Incontinence Care, Dementia Care, or Tray Services.

5. Ensure that all policies and procedures of the facility are implemented and followed.

6. Supervise the purchasing of all supplies.

7. Complete bookkeeping functions, payables, receivables and oversee payroll procedures.

8. Maintain the guidelines as per State Regulations.

9. Ensure that building and grounds are maintained properly according to policy.

10. Supervise the Food Service Department.

11. Complete and send all necessary weekly and monthly reports to the Director of Operations.

12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate Degree.

Experience: Management/Marketing Background

Requirements: Current drivers license and approval of Facility Insurance Carrier to drive Facility vehicles.
