CNA Shift Supervisor - EVENING SHIFT - Mon-Fri

Liberty Village of Marion is looking for a dependable, hands-on CNA Shift Coordinator to lead our evening shift (2:00-10:30.) Evening shift requires someone steady, supportive, and confident — a leader who communicates clearly, works alongside their team, and keeps the shift running smoothly.

This is a working leadership role. You will be part of the team while also guiding it.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support CNA staff during evening shift
• Ensure residents receive proper, timely, and compassionate care
• Assign duties and adjust assignments as needed throughout the shift
• Monitor attendance and manage call-ins professionally
• Provide hands-on assistance when the floor needs you
• Mentor new CNAs and high school students gaining healthcare experience
• Coordinate on-the-job training
• Attend care plan meetings and update Resident Care Assignment Sheets
• Maintain clear communication with nursing leadership

Requirements:

• Current CNA Certification
• Valid CPR Certification
• Long-term care experience
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
