Pay: Starting at $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts
Liberty Trailers is a leading American manufacturer of open trailers. We are seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. This position is responsible for operating Cincinnati CNC Press Brake machines to bend and form metal components according to blueprint and work order specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Cincinnati CNC Press Brake machines.
- Form sheet metal parts according to work orders and blueprints.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Verify materials and inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
- Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, protractors, squares, and radius gauges.
- Troubleshoot basic machine and programming issues as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Work independently while meeting production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous press brake experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude.
- CNC programming experience is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
