Major Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and mentor colleagues
- Oversee daily activities and workflow of the office
- Assist colleagues and customers with creative solutions
- Develop relationships of trust with customers and colleagues
- Motivate the team to maintain a reputation for delivering excellent customer service
- Create an office environment that fosters unreasonable hospitality
- Build and maintain a collaborative work environment that fosters great rapport with the sales team to drive and achieve annual revenue and profit goals
- Review and complete monthly reports
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years experience in the title insurance industry or a related industry
- The ability to assist in
- Clearing title requirements
- Preparation of CD/ALTA settlement statements
- Preparation of Real Estate Settlement Documents
- Conducting closing presentations with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage team and individual responsibilities and puts the success of the team first
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills
- Approachable to provide help and advice as well as give and receive feedback
- Candidate will need to obtain Michigan Resident Producer License and become a Michigan Notary Public within 3 months of hire date
