The First Impression Specialist is a position based in a fast-paced environment that includes change and variety. If you pride yourself on the ability to interact with co-workers and customers with enthusiasm, tact, and empathy, then this position is for you.
What You’ll Do:
· Greet, announce, and converse with customers.
· Answer incoming phone calls.
· Answer routine customer service questions.
· Accept packages and assist vendors with deliveries.
· Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
· Send completed title product to customer.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Available to work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

· Clear, confident communication skills - verbal and written
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· The ability to function as a team player in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word and Outlook
Salary : $15 - $17
