The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, physical labor, and the ability to work well in a team environment and ensure the production process has a continuous and steady flow of the production of molded rubber goods.Duties and Responsibilities:Stack finished products on palletsStaple label to finished productsAssemble boxes for finished goodsRequired Skills/Abilities:Must be Bilingual English/Spanish.The plant environment will include, extreme cold and heat (weather related), working near moving mechanical parts.Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area.Consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.Frequently required to stand for 9 hours a day, walk; use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or crawl.Education and Experience:1-2 years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing operations environment, preferred.EEO Statement:Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
