Job Summary

WE HAVE ONE POSITIONS OPEN SEE SCHEDULE BELOW:

The Crumb Plant Lead will provide support in operations and maintenance of our Granulation and Powderizer operations, so your team is able to produce granulated products and crumb rubber in the safest most efficient manner. This role is key to the optimization for the team and equipment to run efficiently.

· Performs typical machine shop and mold press operations to support the assembly floor.

· Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.

· Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

· Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M. charts.

· Must be able to perform but not limited to the following tasks: milling, turning, drilling, taping, de-burring, molding and all bench operations and inspect.

· Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks stated above.

· Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to machine set-up.

Work Schedule:

·2nd Shift: 7:00pm to 7:30am

Salary:

· Starting pay at $14.00 Per Hour

• Must be 18 years and older
• Must pass DRUG TEST
• Reliable Transportation

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or assembly line environment is required.
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand and power tools are essential.
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
