What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage with warm inbound leads from social media advertising looking for options to eliminate their timeshare obligations. No cold calling.
- Qualify prospective clients and set appointments with our expert resolution specialists.
- Build rapport and provide a consultative, solution-focused experience.
- Confidently handle objections and explain our services clearly.
- Accurately log all activity and client interactions in our CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years in call center, inbound sales, or customer service roles
- Strong phone communication – persuasive, empathetic, and professional
- Proven ability to overcome objections and set high-quality appointments
- Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Self-motivated and possess a team mentality
- Familiarity with timeshare, debt relief, or high-ticket sales is a bonus
- Bilingual in Spanish a huge plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary from $20.00/hr.
- Lucrative Commission Structure $150.00/closed sale with an average of 4 closes/week.
- Performance-Based Bonuses & Incentives.
- In-Office Position – Las Vegas, NV.
